What is the Turnaround Time?

These Little Florals & Embroidery TAT starts once the invoice is paid and ends once the shipping company takes possession. Our TAT does not include shipping days. Once the shipping company takes possession of the order, the customer must contact the shipping service for update and delays. These Little Florals & Embroidery is not at fault for any shipping delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes, we offer local pickup in Southside, Alabama Select local pickup as you checkout and you will receive an email regarding pickup instructions.

RETURN POLICY

Due to the custom nature of all services and products we do not accept returns or exchanges. Every order is made specifically for you and therefore cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.

Each item requires time, care, and attention to design and embroidery. We’re honored to create meaningful custom pieces for you and your family! Please review all spelling, personalization details, and order information carefully before submitting. If you selected shipping, make sure your address is entered correctly.

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if you discover any damage. Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your order.

We are not responsible for damage that occurs during shipping. All items are thoroughly inspected and lovingly packaged before leaving our studio. Once your order is in transit, any damage that happens is unfortunately outside of our control.

SHIPPING POLICY

We work hard to send orders out on time, but exact delivery dates cannot be guaranteed once your package is with the carrier.

We understand how important your special occasions are and do our best to meet expected timelines. However, any delays or changes in the estimated delivery date after drop-off are outside of our control.
